Experience with handling phone conversations. Eye for detail and excellent grammar. Able to troubleshoot phone settings on iPhone and/or Android. Multi-tasking ability. Responsibilities: Responding to and investigating customer inquiries and concerns via Salesforce Process product orders from e-commerce website. Answering phone calls via our VoiP system Ring Central. Problem-solving with fellow client services associates Inter-departmental communication for reporting issues.
