Become part of A Future For The Sport! POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator role maintains a heavy focus on project management to support the Tournaments Department. Responsibilities include overseeing entire projects, developing schedules, and ensuring timely execution of all assets. Other responsibilities include digital marketing execution, detailed analytics and reporting, social media, administrative duties, and database segmentation. The Marketing Coordinator also supports implementation and integration for digital analytics tools. Conducts market research, produces promotional materials while interpreting customers’ behavior and suggests creative ways to increase brand awareness. Hands-on, day-to-day managing project logistics and support of campaign coordination and execution, data analysis and reporting solutions are vital duties. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling marketing materials, preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives. Design and execute successful marketing campaigns. Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities. Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials. Organize promotional activities for new products and services. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Get promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with creative. Management and critical supporter of various brand initiatives. Accomplishes goals by accepting ownership for delivering new and different requests. Support marketing team members on cross-functional marketing project execution. Direct responsibility for coordinating departmental email newsletters and ad-hoc email requests. Assist in the preparation of analytics reports and presentations for internal teams. Coordinate assets for marketing campaigns to ensure complete and on-time delivery. Support strategic marketing needs with promotional copywriting, scheduling website updates and display ads, social media posts, and ideating new on-site activation and promotional opportunities. Day-to-day coordination and scheduling of web ads, emails, social posts, forms, and surveys. Work collaboratively to ensure integration of digital tactics and analytics reporting across all departmental verticals. Monitor, review, and report on all key marketing department objectives. Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Ability to manage multiple projects in different phases. Knowledge of project management best practices. Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or related field. 2-3 years’ relevant experience. Experience in event project management (sports and/or bowling, is a plus). Experience in writing project schedules. Experience with email marketing, social media, and content management. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus. Must pass the RVP program and maintain a “Green Light” status. Must adhere to the Code of Conduct of the USBC Registered Volunteer Program is a condition of employment and continued employment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Occasionally required to move about inside the office and offsite locations. Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl. Light work that includes occasionally lifting/moving objects up to 30 pounds.
