We have been providing quality customer service and expertly designed floral arrangements to our customers since 1989. With 3 retail store locations throughout the DFW area, we are always seeking energetic and knowledgeable applicants to join our team. About The Position We are currently seeking eager to learn sales associates that we can groom to become floral designers for our flower shop in Carrollton and Plano. This is a part-time position consisting of 25 - 35 hours per week, including Saturdays. We are seeking applicants who are reliable and have a flexible schedule. Shifts are normally 10am - 7pm or 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9am - 5pm. Primary Responsibilities Include Drive Sales by Providing Superior Customer Service Follow the In Bloom sales script with all customers Process daily flower arrivals Execute all daily opening/closing procedures Help maintain housekeeping throughout the store Qualifications Previous Customer Service experience in a retail environment Open communication and willingness to learn new tasks Experience with computers Interest in flowers and floral design Hours & Pay Part Time (25-35 hours per week) $14 per hour Bonus Benefits If you meet our criteria, we would love to hear from you!
