Your responsibilities will include: 1 Bookkeeping: Keep our finances in check by managing accounts payable and receivable. 2 Product Ordering: Handle product orders and keep our shipping information up to date. 3 Receiving Deliveries: Manage and organize deliveries to ensure everything is accounted for. 4 Project Coordination: Assist with the scheduling and coordination of design and contracting projects. 5 Client Coordination: Be the friendly point of contact for our clients, answering their questions and addressing their needs. 6 Social Media & Content: Help update our social profiles, Amazon Influencer account, blog, and newsletter.
