We are looking for a full-time, disciplined Business Development – Healthcare Real Estate to join our team of professionals, tasked with a wide range of responsibilities. Knowledge and experience in healthcare, real estate or business development, is highly preferred. This person must have an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, strong ability to decipher and prioritize tasks, pay acute attention to detail, be analytical, and possess the ability to perform under pressures of sensitive schedules and deadlines. Identify and seek to cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, their representatives and other key stakeholders. ? Build awareness for Ashton Gray’s partnership model for physicians and real estate in the market. ? Conduct market research and understand real estate market trends. ? Collaborate with experienced team to convert leads to partnerships. Key Stakeholders for this Role: ? Ashton Gray’s addressable market – healthcare anchored businesses in need of new facilities, focused today on the southern sunbelt of the country. ? Our current real estate partners and tenants. ? Our vendor partners in construction, design, development and lending. ? Our existing employees and prospective new ones. ? The communities we operate in. Required Skills and Qualifications: ? Minimum of 2+ years of business development experience. ? Minimum of 2+ years of prospecting, cold calling. ? Understanding of real estate fundamentals, and market analysis. ? Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM automation tools preferred. ? Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. ? Creative and innovative thinker with a data-driven approach. ? Demonstrates strong verbal & written communication skills. ? Shows ability to respect others’ perspectives. ? Prioritizes tasks and adapts to shifting priorities. ?
