We are looking for an energetic and dependable DETAIL oriented, bilingual English / Spanish customer service representative, who truly understands the importance of an impeccable customer service. We want a team member that would like to grow with us and would appreciate the flexibility of a small family-owned business.! We need a candidate who has experience answering phone calls with perfect customer service. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office including basic excel spreadsheets. Some basics of QuickBooks a plus but not required. Qualifications Fully Bilingual English / Spanish Excellent and compassionate Customer Service skills Experience with Microsoft Office / Excel a must Knowledge of QuickBooks Solution oriented Eager to learn and grow professionally Attention to Detail Good time management and organization skills Computer savvy Reliable transportation Essential Duties: Answering phone calls Schedule installation, service calls etc. Ordering materials Keep Jobs update through our database Keep inventory up to date Run errands Other tasks as We see fit Job Type: Full time 8:00am -5:00pm M-F. Some Saturdays if necessary. We are not offering benefits at this time but We are in the talks.
