Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Fulfillment Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, shipping, receiving, and possess strong mechanical knowledge. This role involves working in a fast-paced distribution center environment. Shift is 6:00am-6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. 3 days on 4 days off. Responsibilities: - Manage the fulfillment process from order receipt to shipment - Oversee team members to ensure efficient operations - Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers - Maintain a clean and organized distribution center - Adhere to OSHA guidelines for workplace safety Qualifications: - Previous experience in warehouse management or fulfillment operations - Ability to manage a team effectively - Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control - Knowledge of distribution center processes and best practices This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and efficiency are key. Skills & Responsibilities:

Ability to read and understand data and document collected information.

  • Must have professional communication skills.
  • Conduct field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregate, and concrete.
  • Generate field records of test results and related construction activities for project compliance documentation.
  • This position requires working in the field and testing in the lab.
  • We need employees with a "can do" attitude who can work flexible hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
  • Responsible for mid-size truck.
