Job Purpose: A Client Management Coordinator works in a team with RCM Management which includes stateside and off-shore staff to analyze practice data and advise on and/or recommend solutions to ensure practice/client satisfaction, as well as handle routine inquiries or communications with the practice/client, Manager of Operations and internal support functions under the supervision of the Director of Client Management. The position will be in-person at the Frisco, TX office location. ***There will be the opportunity to work remotely from home up to two days per week after successful completion of probationary period and good standing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Cultivates and fosters positive client relationships with physicians, clinicians, and practice administrators Manages client expectations based upon Service Level Agreement and effective decision making Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with the client/practice and their management. Effectively interacts with cross functional teams in delivering high quality work products under set timelines Works closely with the RCM Management and Staff to address client/practice specific AR issues; identifies problem areas and through regular contact with practice and their operations management team. Manages client/practice inquiries ensuring timely and accurate responses. Monitors client results weekly/monthly and communicates performance to the client/practice as well as review monthly/quarterly/annual AR performance, KPIs under the supervision of the Director of Client Management. Reviews utilization with client/practice and works closely with client/practice to ensure accurate capture of all revenue. Works closely with the Director of Client Management to help identify practice/client variances, barriers or concerns. In partnership with operations, assesses the status of client accounts, identifies problem areas and through regular contact with the client communicates the areas in which Operations is expanding to help meet their goals. Oversee aggressive follow-ups with accounts receivables (A/R). Monitor fee schedules and insurance payments in order to ensure fully allowed reimbursement. Identify and implements strategies to improve internal and customer processes. Conduct weekly meetings with the RCM team to provide guidance and feedback regarding claims processing. Denials trend management. Identifies office workflow efficiency opportunities. Payer-related trend analysis and education related to policies and procedures for payers. Payer online portal & gaining access. ERA Enrollments. Leverage deep knowledge and understanding of clients' key practice revenue performance metrics to consult and advise our clients on a monthly basis: Review and analyze customer accounts; identify trends and issues, recommend and implement solutions and see through to a successful resolution. Provide a high level of value and customer service to both our client practices and their patients by identifying and efficiently resolving insurance and other billing-related issues. Develops and presents appropriate practice communication plan for onsite meetings, taking into account complexity, practice desires under the supervision of the Director of Client Management.. Documents meeting results, providing practice feedback to Operations and Management. Maintains healthcare industry, compliance, and HIPPA requirements and coding and billing standard knowledge when presenting to the practice. Performs other job-related duties within the job scope as requested by RCM Management. Maintains strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Company policy. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · Associates degree or equivalent; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Well-rounded experience in all levels of Revenue Cycle Management. · Healthcare, Coding and Billing experience and knowledge preferred. · 1-2 years previous client relations experience preferred.
