Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings - Handle correspondence, including drafting and proofreading emails, letters, and other documents - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records and files - Transcribe notes and documents as needed - Handle Payroll - Bill Pay -Transport paychecks between office and offsite work locations - Personal errands Including dry cleaning, car cleaning and gassing, grocery shopping, pet care, gift purchasing and delivery. -Staffing and setting up for events - Assist with getting vendors into homes for property repairs. - Assist with event planning and coordination Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
