Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who is a proficient HubSpot and Zapier expert, with extensive knowledge of API documentation and its practical application to automations and workflows. The ideal candidate will also have substantial experience with a range of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies using HubSpot and Zapier. Integrate various CRM systems (Salesforce, Keap, ActiveCampaign) with other marketing tools to create seamless workflows. Manage and optimize CMS platforms including Squarespace, Shopify, Elementor, and Unbounce for marketing purposes. Utilize WordPress for content management and website optimization. Apply intermediate skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance website functionality and user experience. Design and execute email nurture sequences and manage sales pipelines to boost client engagement and sales. Assist in deploying and managing additional platforms such as Make (Integromat) and ServiceNow where necessary. Analyze and improve marketing processes and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Proven expertise in HubSpot and Zapier. Strong understanding of API documentation and its application in marketing technologies. Experience with Salesforce, Keap, Make (Integromat), ActiveCampaign, and other CRM systems. Proficiency in managing CMS platforms such as Squarespace, Shopify, Elementor, and Unbounce. Familiarity with ServiceNow is considered a plus. Solid background in marketing with a deep understanding of email marketing, sales pipelines, and other digital marketing concepts. Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
