Job Description: Dry Force is seeking a dynamic and results-driven, Construction Sales Specialist to join our Reconstruction Department in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and construction, with a passion for delivering high-quality restoration services to our clients. Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Actively serving existing water damage customers with the repairs in their home. Estimate Submittal/Approval: Oversee all aspects of the initial stages of the reconstruction projects from the initial sale, working with our estimator to create accurate estimates and following up with insurance companies for approval of jobs to ensure a smooth hand off to the field project manager. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including estimators, mitigation personnel and field project managers to ensure seamless project hand off from approval to production and customer satisfaction. Estimating and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals based on client specifications and industry standards. Quality Assurance: Maintain open communication with field project managers to ensure quality standards and expectations are being met. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including Matterport scan, photos, damage assessment notes and any relative paperwork. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Solid understanding of construction principles, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in project management and estimating software such as Xactimate and DASH preferred but not required, willing to train. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
