Building Engineer Maintenance Technician /Engineer 312 Management is seeking an experienced Building Engineer for multiple properties. Applicant must be able to: · Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot problems and make repairs as needed. Tasks include, but are not limited to basic plumbing, basic electric, basic HVAC, re-keying, power washing, changing lights, replacing ballast, etc. · Handle multiple tasks under time deadlines with little or no supervision. · Make logical decisions as needed while under pressure. · Work in a team driven atmosphere and have a can-do attitude. · Exhibit professional interpersonal relationship skills with coworkers and clients. · Exercise organizational skills, time management and be self-motivated · Rotate on-call weekends with other employees and have own tools and transportation.
