Sales / Customer Service at High-growth Travel Startup Marketing / Sales / Support URComped is hiring a Customer Support Agent to join our team and help manage rapidly growing demand in our casino and cruise travel business. This position will initially assist with, then join, our Executive Host team in booking trips as well as greeting and onboarding new customers, answering questions and welcoming them to the "URComped Family". Must enjoy speaking on the phone, meeting new people and possess a happy, positive attitude in both written and verbal communication with customers, partners and other URComped team members. Goal is to move into an Executive Host position in 3-6 months. Executive Hosts have players assigned to them and will book those players on trips and be responsible to continue growing their book of business and ensure high levels of customers satisfaction. Executive Hosts can expect to make $70k-$110k+. Main responsibilities include: Proactively welcome new members to URComped via phone and email. Explain how URComped works to new sign ups via phone and electronically and help them through the process of booking their first and repeat trips. Check for satisfaction with customers after they complete a URComped trip and encourage referrals and follow up trips. Promptly respond to inbound customer requests and inquiries. Promote upcoming special events and offers to existing URComped customers. Work closely with management and be creative in finding ways to increase bookings and improve the experience URComped delivers to its customers. Work closely with URComped’s casino and cruise partners to complete and confirm trip reservations for our clients. Compensation: $37,440 base salary + monthly commission of $500-$1500/month based on trips booked and customers onboarded. Includes health/dental benefits, 401K Match, +Profit sharing. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation. If no college degree, must have at least TWO years of successful inside sales and/or call center experience. Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, and Certifications: Must have strong writing and grammatical skills and be a fast typer. Must be comfortable with technology and able to learn new things quickly. Upbeat, friendly positive attitude that comes across by phone is a MUST. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form. Must be open to working some nights and weekends based on business demands. Most common communication tools we use are Google Docs, Slack, Gmail, and URComped’s internal CRM, Trio360.
