As a Business Development Representative for HCI working out of our Dallas location, you will be a critical part of a dynamic and collaborative effort to provide Motorola wireless technology solutions to a wide range of industries. What You’ll be Doing: · Identifying selling opportunities and increasing existing customer revenue · Selling assigned products and services via phone · Meeting/exceeding monthly sales goals and lead generation goals · Developing new business revenue by utilizing sales best practices · Contacting assigned accounts on a regular basis · Assisting field sales representatives through lead generation and by working as a strategic partner and valued support resource · Conducting outbound call campaigns and driving promotion awareness What We’re Looking For: · You are driven and ambitious · You love to win and are motivated by your own success · You can multitask · You have experience making outbound calls to prospective customers and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone · You are highly organized · You are knowledgeable in the use of MS Office · You have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills · You have inside sales and/or customer service experience (wireless industry experience a plus) · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
