The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating leads, and fostering strong customer & community relationships. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Generate revenue opportunities by building relationships with local Property Managers, Owners, Agents, First Responders, and Community Leaders Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the Emergency Response Customer base. Identify relevant industry groups and represent the company at group events. Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community, public emergency response agencies and private entities. Participate in related community awareness events and programs. Monitors, interprets and responds to lead sources. Volunteer non-operational time to related community events. Achieve and remain current in required certifications. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Serve your community when it needs it the most. Experience/Skills: Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets. Experience in outside sales and managing customer relationships. Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and customers. Self-motivated and directed. Sound planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required. Pay: Base Salary plus quarterly bonuses. Salary will be based on experience.
