Job Description: As the Laboratory Supervisor at EliteMed, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of our laboratory facilities. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities within the laboratory, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and facilitating a productive research environment for our team of scientists and researchers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Laboratory Operations Management: - Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and workflow coordination. - Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline laboratory processes and optimize efficiency. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. 2. Resource Allocation and Budget Management: - Manage laboratory budgets and resources effectively, including procurement of supplies, equipment, and services. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with vendors to maximize value for the organization. 3. Team Leadership and Development: - Supervise and mentor laboratory staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development opportunities. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning. 4.
