Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Duties - Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency - Enter data from various sources into our databases and systems - Verify the accuracy of entered data and make necessary corrections - Maintain confidentiality and security of all data - Organize and maintain physical and electronic files - Assist with data collection and analysis as needed - Transcribe information from documents into digital formats - Complete order entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner - Utilize Excel spreadsheets to organize and manipulate data Requirements - Proficient in Excel - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong knowledge of basic math principles - Familiarity with databases and data entry systems - Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to Relocate: Arlington, TX 76011: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person

Skills & Responsibilities:

Ability to read and understand data and document collected information.

  • Must have professional communication skills.
  • Conduct field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregate, and concrete.
  • Generate field records of test results and related construction activities for project compliance documentation.
  • This position requires working in the field and testing in the lab.
  • We need employees with a "can do" attitude who can work flexible hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
