Sky Elements Drone Shows a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to the President and executive team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of tasks across different business units. This role requires a high level of professionalism, organization, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. The position is up to 90% remote, must reside in Dallas/Fort Worth area with occasional work in office located in Coppell, Tx. Works directly with clients as well as internal team. Job Duties: ·With minimal direction, performs executive administrative duties at the highest level, using significant discretion and independent judgement to prioritize conflicting needs, expeditiously and proactively handle matters as they arise, and follow projects to successful completion, often dealing with deadline pressures and interruptions. · Managing Calendars for CEO, Chief Pilot/General Counsil, CCO, scheduling meetings, appointments, interviews, and travel · Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and vehicle rentals. · Email and correspondence management · Prepare and proofread documents and reports including RFP responses, sales proposals, and weekly status reports, and other documents. · Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. · Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the CEO and executive team. · Check and maintain flow of physical mail Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
