Job Description: Are you a skilled appliance technician looking for a new and exciting industry full of opportunities? We are seeking a skilled Hot Tub Technician to join our team at Southern Leisure Spas & Patio. As a Hot Tub Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of hot tubs, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on various hot tub models. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues. Install and connect hot tubs, including electrical wiring and plumbing connections. Test and adjust water chemistry to maintain optimal water quality and sanitation. Educate customers on proper hot tub operation, maintenance, and safety precautions. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner. Keep accurate records of service calls, parts used, and repairs performed. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to hot tubs. Requirements: Proven experience as an appliance technician, HVAC technician, pool technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general appliance mechanics. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing technical issues. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and perform manual labor. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in hot tub repair is a plus.
