Consilium is looking for an organized, thorough Logistics Specialist who will collaborate with other Consilium team members and healthcare Providers to build long-term client partnerships. You are able to organize your tasks effectively and can manage the responsibility of handling important records for multiple accounts simultaneously. Your attributes include: Minimum 1 year experience working with corporate payroll data Minimum 1 year experience working with expense reconciliation Minimum 1 year knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM Superior organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work with multiple accounts Positivity, exemplary customer service skills Proactive approach to task completion Capability to perform under deadlines Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Excitement to learn about the locum tenens industry Experience in office or customer service environment (experience in healthcare industry a plus) Your Day-to-Day As a Logistics Specialist, your responsibilities each day will include extensive communication with physician partners and Consilium Account Managers to ensure that all our Provider’s timesheets are entered accurately and completed in a timely manner. You should be able to logically order and complete your daily priorities and work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. On an average day, your agenda may include the following tasks: Communicate with healthcare Providers to ensure accuracy of timesheet documentation Communicate with healthcare facility Clients to ensure accuracy of timesheet documentation Facilitate detailed review of Provider pay documentation Facilitate detailed review of Provider expense reconciliation data Responsible for accurate entry of all pertinent information in company CRM Assist providers with compiling required documents and completing paperwork Partner with respective Consilium Account Management and Consilium Billing Team to ensure Provider pay is reviewed and accurate before being forwarded to the Billing Team.
