Member Service Representatives will do the following: Promote and sell memberships and services Learn to give quality tours according to the goals and interests of our members Scan member cards and greet by name Build relationships and retain members Answer member questions in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner Attend paid trainings and meetings and learn new skills Work with a team to make a lasting difference in your community Light cleaning, washing/folding towels, making coffee, stocking cups and creamer, and making our members feel valued and appreciated.
