Client Service Representative Responsibilities: Making the initial contact with consumers to schedule appointments and ensure all final questions are answered as clear and concise as possible before closing sales Work with the sales representative team to ensure customer and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle initiating long term relationships Promoting an environment encompassing mutual respect and trust between the Client Service Representative and Sales team and other departments Assisting individuals in understanding our clients brand and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs and achieve sales goals Responding to customer and client sales inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner Identifying additional needs clients may have and help them to upgrade products, inform them of sales promotions, or additional services Minimum Qualifications We Look Out For In A Client Service Representative: High School diploma or GED equivalency Prior background in customer service, client service, sales, retail, customer support, or other relevant fields are an added bonus Strong customer service orientation Solution orientated when customers are stressed, upset, or have inquiries Charismatic, charming, and courteous demeanor with customers and fellow employees on the Approachable and friendly with the ability to close any sale that presents itself Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Work setting: In-person Work Location: In person
