We are seeking a part time Accounting Administration Clerk to help process our toll bills and perform various administrative and clerical tasks. Major Duties and Essential Functions Open all toll bills received and organize by governmental agencies Review each invoice for liability Coordinate with accounts payable on payment for toll bills Assign liability to customers for those appropriate bills. Complete NTTA spreadsheet and email it to NTTA as required Research toll invoices and resolve them as needed Assist accounting department with various other administrative tasks as needed Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position: Minimum two years of work experience MUST have good attendance and punctuality dependable, organized, detailed oriented Willing to assist with various tasks as needed, Good attitude and willingness to be flexible with time throughout the working day. Excellent customer service skills when greeting visitors, customers on the telephone, and sales agents / managers.
