Duties: - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain client relationships - Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns - Process insurance policy applications and documentation - Analyze insurance policies to ensure they meet clients' needs and comply with HIPAA regulations - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance policies - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products Skills: - Retail sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to effectively communicate with diverse clientele - Knowledge of insurance sales techniques and strategies - Excellent analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Skills & Responsibilities:

Ability to read and understand data and document collected information.

  • Must have professional communication skills.
  • Conduct field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregate, and concrete.
  • Generate field records of test results and related construction activities for project compliance documentation.
  • This position requires working in the field and testing in the lab.
  • We need employees with a "can do" attitude who can work flexible hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
