Requirements: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is REQUIRED. - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally - Knowledge of food service procedures and basic menu items Duties: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests - Manage waitlists and reservations - Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information - Maintain a clean and organized host/host station - Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations At our restaurant, we value exceptional guest services and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
