Hello everyone. We are looking for the an extremely experienced Contents & Textiles Restoration Manager. Please have at least 5 years of experience in this Management position and great wisdom for the restoring of contents, textiles, electronics, and art from smoke, water, and mold damage. Certifications from the I.I.C.R.C. or R.I.A. will be greatly appreciated. Bilingual is greatly appreciated. This positions primary purpose will be to thoroughly document each jobs items lists and conditions, and to properly estimate their cleaning costs. To create the non-salvage lists and their prices. Then to submit to insurance for the proper and timely payment of all jobs. You will not be responsible for the daily management of cleaning crews, but you will be responsible for the timely placement of crews for each job. Expect minimal of one job a week to be documented and estimated. We are not on any insurance companies program vendor lists, and are looking for the best person that can assemble all scope items and costs as they should properly be paid to our companies high standards and to then get those scopes approved from the carriers. This job will include travel to all jobsites around the DFW metroplex, but then you may complete your computer and office work from home. You will not be required to be at the office every day. The schedule is flexible as the jobs are random in when we receive them. Two weeks off paid per year. Business to Business marketing is highly encouraged during down time and commissions are earned from the projects brought in. Company laptop, cell phone, toll tag, vehicle allowance, and fuel reimbursement will be provided.
