Job Purpose: Coordinate the scheduling of daily appointments for new home buyers to install media equipment as well as the activation of security monitoring systems within a fast paced environment. Qualifications: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Technology and/or media experience preferred. Excellent verbal/written and communication skills. Ability to work independently to maintain customer relations and schedules in a timely manner. High paced customer service experience preferred, with ability to problem solve. Duties and Responsibilities: Work order scheduling: utilize multiple software systems to communicate and fulfill client schedules. Define, schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule. Work order documentation: ensure documentation accuracy for all daily work orders including, but not limited to, sales orders, purchase orders & customer agreements. Problem solving: assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations by quickly and efficiently removing obstacles to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions to meet client needs and objectives. Daily communication: Establishes and promotes goodwill with external customers while effectively communicating between multiple departments to ensure job quality. Heavy phone and email communication with clients in a timely manner is required. Skills & Responsibilities:

Ability to read and understand data and document collected information.

  • Must have professional communication skills.
  • Conduct field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregate, and concrete.
  • Generate field records of test results and related construction activities for project compliance documentation.
  • This position requires working in the field and testing in the lab.
  • We need employees with a "can do" attitude who can work flexible hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
