Fort Worth (76117) Pay: $21-23 per hour Job Responsibilities: Provide customer support to dealers, manufactures, Dealer Credit and other departments in regards to wholesale accounts and dealer loans Respond to inquiries via phone or email and research and resolve discrepancies Review request for completion , accuracy and that request fall within approval guidelines initiate funding (check, wire, or EFT) to appropriate parties and follow up to ensure completion. Notify Dealer Credit of any problems or potential dealer trouble situations. Track and collect MSO's or titles for designated accounts.
