Fast-growing wholesale distribution company in Southlake is looking for an entry-level data entry representative. Training will be given; position requires an individual who is eager to learn and demonstrate initiative. In addition, this position reports into the Customer Service area; successful data entry personnel will have advancement options of moving into customer service support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prioritizes and batches material for data entry Inputs information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a computer database Ability to accurately input a high volume of data is required Retrieving data as requested Indexing and filing invoices Qualifications: Minimum 1 to 2 years of data entry experience, however, will consider highly motivated individuals. Candidates should have solid typing and 10 key skills as well as proficiency with MS Office applications. Skills & Responsibilities:

Ability to read and understand data and document collected information.

  • Must have professional communication skills.
  • Conduct field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregate, and concrete.
  • Generate field records of test results and related construction activities for project compliance documentation.
  • This position requires working in the field and testing in the lab.
  • We need employees with a "can do" attitude who can work flexible hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
