Entry Level Hourly Human Resources Help Desk Responds to first-level inquiries employees, managers and clients. Provides accurate information, including problem identification, and resolution of employee related inquires and administrative procedures via multiple communication channels (phone, e-mail, chat) organization policies and procedures. Audit HR related forms to ensure they are correct and no errors have been made.Collaborates with clients and employees to correct deficiencies. Educates, encourages, and troubleshoots for employees in need of assistance. Determines the priority level of transactions and inquiries; proactively escalates to the appropriate individual on the employee’s behalf to ensure timely resolution of the matter/ concern. Utilizes our case management system for the documentation of inquiry/ transaction details and relevant information via phone, e-mail and chat for quality management and record keeping purposes. Provides accurate information, including problem identification, and resolution of employee related inquires and administrative procedures via multiple communication channels (phone, e-mail, chat) Supports the Talent Acquisition function by assisting employees in I-9 form completion.
