Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our Open Tops department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the accounting of this team specifically by performing various clerical tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, invoicing and payments. Responsibilities: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets. Maintain and update financial records and ledgers. Process/audit invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors. Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables. Provide administrative support to the Open Tops Department. Responsible for all organization of the financial documents, invoicing, and payments. Communicate with vendors, clients, and teammates regarding financial inquiries or pricing. Keep payment system “Ramp” updated with receipts according to the SLA. Other duties as assigned. ?Qualifications: Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Knowledge of standard accounting procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
