Friday) $15.00 - $19.00 an hour Competitive Health Insurance/Benefits Package Generous PTO Package 401K with Company Match The Entry Level Technician is responsible for performing minor repairs on laptops, helping to identify hardware issues and SW installation including Windows, drivers etc. This position will support service operations by assisting in minor laptop repairs, such as replacing hard drives, keyboards, memory modules, etc. The Technician will also supervise the automated laptop software installation process and will assist with identified issues. Training will be provided to identifying possible hardware issues, to perform corrective action, visually inspecting refurbished laptops and grading based on condition.
